Terms and Conditions – Neucegold NG
Neuce - Indústria de Tintas, S.A., guarantees the quality and behavior of its NEUCEGOLD NG product, if all the factors listed below are met.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
1. This guarantee is only made available by Neuce, when compliance with the terms contained in the clauses presented and completion of the necessary data for activation of the same has been verified.
2. This guarantee is only given to those who purchase NEUCEGOLD NG, in quantities equal to or less than 150 liters, for application in the same project.
3. This guarantee does not affect the general guaranteed rights during the respective legal term.
4. For quantities greater than 150 liters, the guarantee will have to be evaluated with our Commercial and Customer Service Department, prior to the purchase of NEUCEGOLD NG.
1. This warranty only applies to the NEUCEGOLD NG product.
2.Regardless of the defects caused by the normal wear and tear and aging of the products, Neuce guarantees that surfaces painted with NEUCEGOLD NG will not present the defects listed below:
a) Blistering (except if the support is contaminated with infiltration of water or humidity and the customer has not properly treated the surface, prior to applying NEUCEGOLD NG).
b) Paint cracking (which has not been caused by shrinkage cracks or cracks in the support materials).
c) Adherence loss.
d) Pulverulence.
e) Appearance of fungi and algae on the paint film.
f) Color change greater than that indicated in standard NP 4505 - Paints for Exterior Surfaces of Buildings (except when caused by alkalinity of the support and/or the presence of efflorescence resulting from the migration of soluble salts resulting from the evaporation of water from infiltrations).
WARRANTY DURATION
This guarantee, when activated by the customer at Neuce services, is valid for a period of 10 years, counting from the date of sale of the NEUCEGOLD NG.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. To activate the guarantee, the customer must fill in and submit the form, available through the Neuce website, or print and send it to Neuce official address, communicating their willingness to benefit from it.
2. Once the veracity of the documents received has been validated by our team, the warranty number will be sent to the customer.
3. This warranty gives Neuce the right to verify the correct application of NEUCEGOLD NG, the customer being obliged to authorize access to the project by Neuce, whenever necessary and requested.
4. Before using/applicating the product, the customer must consult the technical sheet available on the Neuce website (FT 05.11) and follow the steps described for preparing the support. If, before applying NEUCEGOLD NG, the recommended steps have not been followed, this guarantee loses its full effect.
5. The guarantee is only valid if the NEUCEGOLD NG product is used on surfaces for which it is recommended, and all standards and good painting practices are complied with. The recommendations and procedures contained in the technical documentation should be respected. The purchase document must be kept until the end of the warranty date.
WARRANTY COVER
1. If NEUCEGOLD NG does not meet the guaranteed specifications or due to manufacturing, storage and labeling defects, Neuce undertakes to supply the necessary products (paints, primers, etc.) to repair the work.
2. In non-compliance with the situations mentioned above, this guarantee covers, on a sliding scale:
· The materials needed to replace the paint scheme.
· Direct labor costs inherent to the repair, previously budgeted and approved by Neuce.
For the purposes of the coverage referred to in the previous number, a sliding scale means:
· 1st year - 100% coverage
· 2nd year - 85% coverage
· 3rd year - 70% coverage
· 4th year - 55% coverage
· 5th year - 40% coverage
· 6th year - 25% coverage
· 7th year - 15% coverage
· 8th year - 15% coverage
· 9th year - 10% coverage
· 10th year - 10% coverage
3. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by unexpected situations, such as, without excluding other similar events, accidents, acts of vandalism, extreme weather phenomena, fires, etc.
4. Any damage that is not reported in writing to Neuce within a maximum period of 30 days after its detection, are also excluded from the scope of coverage of this guarantee.
5. The application of the NEUCEGOLD NG product on fence walls is not covered by this warranty.
6. Any repair carried out under this warranty does not imply the restart of the warranty period.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
In case of dispute over the interpretation and fulfillment of this guarantee, the Judicial Court of the Comarca of Santa Maria da Feira is competent.
