The NEUCE GROUP consists of a group of companies dedicated to the manufacture and sale of paints, varnishes, thinners, coatings, products and waterproofing and thermal insulation systems, and related products.

Our products are aimed at various sectors such as DIY and Decoration, Civil Construction, Metalworking Industry, Automotive Industry, Furniture and Wood Industry and Maritime Infrastructures.

Our group operates in 9 countries - Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Kenya and Nigeria - where we have 9 manufacturing plants which allow us to respond effectively to domestic, regional and continental demands.

Apart from the full coverage of the territory in countries where we have our production facilities, our network of agents also enables our products to be available in other countries such as France, Belgium, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Mauritania, The Gambia and Togo.

Our strategy and continued investment allow us today to have a consolidated position in Portugal and be one of the fastest growing groups in the sector in Africa.

In 2016, the Dissoltin brand became an integral part of the NEUCE GROUP.  Both brands (NEUCE and DISSOLTIN) have coexisted in the market since then, responding accordingly their profiles whiles meeting the specific needs of their customers.

In 2019, the NEUCE GROUP completed the process of acquiring 100% capital of the Spanish company, CEDRIA.

The acquisition of these companies allowed  NEUCE GROUP to become the 2nd largest Iberian group in the sector.  The companies now belonging to the NEUCE GROUP have distinguished themselves in the world market for the high quality products, as well its ability to innovate in the type of solutions they present, as a result of strong investments in Research and Development.
