This fact stems from a strategy focused on investment and business development, which has enabled a rapid growth of the group and the good performance of its operational activity.
This company is headquartered in Barcelona and has more than 25 years of experience in the production and commercialization of varnishes, wood stains and other ecological root solutions for timber, for civil construction and industry. CEDRIA has a network of more than 500 agents throughout the Spanish territory and in South America, notably in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela and the Caribbean, attributes that alone allow to broaden the presence of NEUCE to new markets.
The company now acquired, has distinguished itself in the Spanish market by the high quality of its products, as well as its ability to innovate in the type of solutions it presents, result of strong investments in R&D. These characteristics will allow NEUCE to generate great synergies with regard to technological developments and innovations, as well as new products.
The NEUCE Group, originated in a company created 31 years ago, now assumes a reference role in the market for paints and varnishes, being the 2nd largest Portuguese group of ink producers.
With a strong presence in Africa, the Group has 10 factories, with more than 400 employees and a daily production of more than 400 tons of paints, varnishes, diluents, coatings, waterproofing products and systems and related products.
